Salary Structure
- 10th / 12th Pass Salary: ₹11,275
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): ₹500
- Attendance Award: ₹1,000
- Three-Month Incentive: ₹3,000
- ITI Candidates Basic Salary: ₹11,839 (subject/trade must be the same)
- 12 Hours In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹19,000
Free Education with Job
- 10th Pass Candidates: ITI Certificate after 3 years
- 12th Pass Candidates: ITI Certificate after 2 years
- ITI Candidates: Diploma Certificate after 2 years
